I'm definitely more like Matt in that, although I love to spend time with my friends or just being out and about, I need time to myself so that I can re-charge. You probably knew that already! ;-) I also like to feel calm and organized. I don't mind being BUSY, but when I feel like I'm rushed or things are starting to get out-of-control, I get really stressed out!Catihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09264455637667757908noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5939981043160757652.post-11127228286558642902010-09-10T09:56:30.396-04:002010-09-10T09:56:30.396-04:00My husband, Matt, and I tend to have the same prob...My husband, Matt, and I tend to have the same problem. We cram so much into our lives that there is little time for unwinding. Being an extrovert who rejuvenates around people, this is usually okay for me b/c I get an energy boost when we are with other people. Matt, however, tends to get run down faster because he needs more down time away from people.

It has definitely been a struggle for us to find balance and still get to do all the things we want to do.

In terms of unwinding, I usually knit. That almost always does it for me, and I can do it pretty much everywhere: in the car, on the couch, during church, on my lunch break, etc. Plus, I end up with something to show for my relaxing time.bemckimmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03498971958524455871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5939981043160757652.post-80958288610925026362010-09-10T08:30:18.404-04:002010-09-10T08:30:18.404-04:00What a great idea about re-crisping crackers!
